Common Questions / Troubleshoots

1. Please bring your own clubs.

2. If the Control Console is turned off, Press the button on the right side of the console to turn it on. 

3. If no game shows on the screen, or the game ever crush during your play, double click the below icon on the desktop to launch the game. 

4. If error message “this pc is not registered”, please contact our email: admins@greenbirdiegolf.ca

5. Please keep AutoTee setting as Manual (M) at all time. This allows a ball to come out from the AutoTee automatically only after you finish a shoot. Otherwise, you will run into problem of always having two balls on the hitting pad and sensor not able to recognize the ball you are playing.

6. The sensor can only recognize the ball that are placed behind the Tee. 

7. For left hand players using Bay 1, please set as "Right Handed" when adding a player. The sensor will still capture your swing. 

8. Please only hit driver off the tee. All other clubs require the golf ball to be on the turf in order to be recognized by the sensor.
